New Juke

Exterior changes to the Nissan Juke sees the updated car with a new front-end, a bigger V-shaped grille, new indicator lights in the wing mirrors and revised front and rear bumpers with new light clusters. Other changes include a 40% increase in luggage capacity on 2WD versions.

Arriving in dealerships in June, the new Juke will bring with it a wealth of exciting and innovative new technology and styling features including a new engine line-up and almost limitless personalisation options allowing buyers to build on the spec’ of the retained Visia, Acenta, Acenta Premium and Tekna grades.

The wide range of engines in the new Juke's predecessor are all available in the new Juke alongside the new 1.2 litre DIG-T 115PS engine featured in the new Qashqai.

An updated version of the Juke Nismo RS is also expected this summer.

New X-Trail

The new Nissan X-Trail shares its platform with the recently launched new Qashqai and features 5 or 7 seat variants in both 2WD and 4WD versions.

Prices start from £22,995 for the entry-level 5-seat 2WD Visia grade - £2,600 less than the entry-level version on the outgoing model.

From launch, the X-Trail is available in Nissan's familiar grade structure of Visia, Acenta, n-tec and Tekna grades. Acenta, n-tec and Tekna variants are available in a choice of two and four-wheel-drive forms, and are available with Nissan’s XTRONIC CVT transmission. The 4WD variants gain the latest generation of the ALL MODE 4x4-i system.

The same 1.6-litre turbodiesel as fitted to the new Qashqai is the sole engine fitted to the new X-Trail at launch, developing 130bhp and 320Nm of torque. The engine from the Juke Nismo is also expected to be offered after launch but with reduced output from 200bhp to 160bhp in an effort to increase fuel economy.

In 2WD manual guise, the all-new X-Trail offers emissions of 129g/km CO2 and impressive economy returns of up to 57.6 mpg (combined cycle).
